The Swedish Bar Association’s Consumer Disputes Committee (“Konsumenttvistnämnden”)

If a client, who is a consumer, is not satisfied with a service provided by SALC, the client has the option to contact the Swedish Bar Association’s Consumer Disputes Committee.

Before such action is undertaken, the client shall contact the lawyer to discuss the issue and attempt to reach a consensual solution.
The term “consumer” in this context means a natural person who is acting for purposes which fall outside the scope of business or professional activities.
